Mortgages can be confusing, and we are here to help! While we prepare your mortgage paperwork when you purchase your home, we will also very often assist with your refinancing when your mortgage is up for renewal. While we typically act on your behalf when you are borrowing from an institutional lender, we are also experienced with commercial and private mortgages (acting on behalf of the borrower or lender), and have also represented major financial institutions for mortgages that are too significant for them to do internally.
